Welcome to the Promenade Residents Association website!
This website is for you -- the residents and homeowners who live in the Promenade subdivision in Stafford, Texas. It's the result of an effort by a group of concerned homeowners who want to get more involved in our Promenade community.
The site is to keep you informed about events in our community, as well as general homeowner issues you need to be aware of. We hope you visit this site often and share it with your Promenade neighbors. We want to hear from you about your general concerns about our community.
Promenade Homeowners' Association Board Meeting 16 July 2009
Promenade homeowners were allowed to address the board prior to the board meeting. The main issue of homeowners concerned the Promenade Homeowners Annual Meeting that was to have been held 21 May 2009. A quorum was not present at that meeting and so no meeting was recorded. The board has agreed to call for another meeting within 30 days so that members will be able to run for board positions and other business requiring a quorum can be taken care of. The board will determine if we need 45 members/proxies or 23 members/proxies present to have a quorum. Other business conducted at the board meeting has not been released prior to this posting.
